Food/Diet
What should I feed my dogs?
We advise customers to purchase a diet with meat protein(s) that your dog(s) is known to be able to eat so as to avoid allergic reactions.
My dog has specific allergies/ medical conditions. Do you offer custom orders?
Vet-prescribed diets/ ingredients will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will inform you if the ingredient can be sourced by us or if the recipe is suitable.Â
If it is a medical condition, please contact us via Whatsapp or email to discuss what options are available.
How do I switch my dog's diet?
The best way to transition your pet to a new kind of food is to do it gradually. Not only will this give you and your pet a chance to adjust to the change, but it will also help minimize any digestive issues that may arise.
Even with a gradual approach, however, some digestive issues are completely normal and even to be expected. Changes in your pet’s stool, such as diarrhea, are among the most common effects of any change in diet and are nothing to worry about.
Refer to our Diet Transition guide here.
How much should I feed my puppy?
All puppies should begin eating complete & balanced meals because they cannot regulate vitamins and nutrients like an adult dog can. They also have higher amino acid requirements during their crucial growth period.
2-4 months old: 10-8% of current body weight
4-6 months old: 8-6% of current body weight
6-8 months old: 6-4% of current body weight
8-12 months old: 4-3% of current body weight
Each puppy is different – these guidelines are just starting points. Monitor your puppy’s body condition and growth closely and adjust percentages and feeding schedules as needed.
Why is the food energy level tend to be on the low side?
Woof Pack's recipe focus on nutritional balanced, healthy and lean diet. We do not add fillers and carbohydrates with no nutritional value in our freshly cooked meal, hence there are no empty calories.
Can I mix Woof Pack cooked food with kibbles or freeze-dried food?
Yes of course!
Woof Pack Food is an easy and convenient way to add nutritious fresh food into any meal. It contains plenty of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, probiotics and healthy essential fatty acids such as Omega 3s.
Afterall, adding a little fresh food to a dog’s regular dry meals is better than none at all.
How long will your food last?

In the fridge, please consume the food within 3 days after defrosting.
